My journey into yoga began in 2015 while studying Dance and Performing Arts at LIPA. From my very first class, I fell in love—not just with the movement, but with the sense of connection, community, and way it made me feel. Yoga quickly became more than a physical practice; it became a way to express myself freely and authentically. That experience transformed my life, and now, I aim to create the same space for others—where empowerment, self-discovery, and connection are always at the heart of the practice.
In May 2022, I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training with The Yoga Academy Liverpool and began teaching across Liverpool and Manchester. I later pursued further training in Rocket® Yoga, completing 100 hours with the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School and earning my Level 1 Rocket® teacher certification with David Kyle in London.
At the start of 2024, I relocated to the North East and now teach across Gateshead, Newcastle, East Boldon, and Sunderland. I currently offer Rocket®, Yin Yang Flow, Vinyasa Flow, and Hotpod Yoga classes. My teaching style blends playful and creative sequencing with options to challenge yourself, exploring safely and confidently. Expect a well-rounded practice that includes strength, mobility, breathwork, and meditation—designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey.
Alongside yoga, I discovered Pilates—a practice that beautifully complements yoga with its focus on body awareness, alignment, and mindful movement. It deepened my understanding of the body and inspired me to train in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. In my classes, I offer dynamic and engaging sessions that incorporate classical Pilates principles with a modern twist. Using props and bodyweight exercises, I aim to keep each class functional, challenging, and fresh. Whether on the mat or reformer, my goal is always to create a supportive space where students feel empowered and inspired to grow.
More recently, I reconnected with my dance roots through Barre. This joyful, energising practice merges elements of ballet, Pilates, and dynamic conditioning—allowing rhythm, grace, and strength to flow together in a unique and expressive way. Barre has brought a renewed sense of creativity to my teaching, and I love sharing its uplifting energy with others.
